Chef Bram Fowler

Bram Fowler is Chef and Co-Owner of Journey's Restaurant with his wife, Geraldine. Born in Cape Town South Africa and raised in Johannesburg, Bram discovered his passion for creating food at a very young age, watching his mother's cooking and absorbing her extensive entertaining skills in their home kitchen while growing up.

At 16, he became involved in his families’ Mediterranean Style Restaurant where he learned his way around the business. Bram always knew that some day his dream of owning his own restaurant would come true. His charismatic entertaining and cooking style became more and more apparent as he created new recipes for friends and family.

Bram and his wife Geraldine fulfilled their dream by opening Journeys Restaurant. It won its first culinary award after one short year in business and since then, the restaurant has been recognized in the local scene as one of the best culinary experiences Orlando has to offer.
