Chef Bram Fowler
Bram Fowler, two time winner of the Chef Challenge Competition, now an independent freelance caterer and private chef, was owner of Journeys Restaurant in Longwood for the past seven years until August 2010.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, and raised in Johannesburg, Bram discovered his passion for creating food at a very young age. He apprenticed in South Africa at Mar E Sol, a Mediterranean Restaurant and traveled the world being inspired by different cuisines. Journeys has been the recipient of multiple Culinary awards including “Best Overall Restaurant in Orlando” in 2007, “Best Independent Restaurant 2009” and Chef Fowler was named in an industry survey as one of Central Florida’s “Top Chefs” for 2010.
Chef Kevin Fonzo
Chef Kevin Fonzo is the chef owner of K Restaurant in College Park. As a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, his career has brought him to work in numerous kitchens throughout the East Coast.
Kevin purchased K Restaurant nearly 10 yrs ago. During that time, K has won almost every award there is to win. Accolades have come from The Orlando Sentinel, Orlando Magazine, Orlando Home and Leisure, Zagat, Bon Apetite, Nation’s Restaurant News, and Florida Trend to name a few. The highlight of these recognitions has been being nominated for a James Beard Award and an invitation to cook at the coveted James Beard House in NYC.
A fervent supporter of the local community, as well as local ingredients, Kevin has donated his time cooking at The Orlando Junior Academy as part of Michelle Obama’s “Chef’s Move to School” program where Kevin teaches schoolchildren the importance of cooking and gardening. He was fortunate enough to be invited to the White House this past summer to meet the first lady.
